Microsoft Outlook 2002 Expert User requires a higher level of skill as it presupposes some familiarity with the software. Learners for Expert User should have taken Microsoft Outlook 2002 Fundamentals (74070) and Microsoft Outlook 2002 Proficient User (74071).
