    - Identify the components of the Outlook 2002 interface.

    - Obtain help by using the Answer Wizard tab in the Outlook 2002 Help window.
    - Identify features of the Inbox folder.
    - Compose and send a message by using Outlook 2002.
    - Check the spelling in a message by using Spelling Checker.
    - Address a message by using an address list.
    - Recall a message sent to a recipient.
    - Set your default message format.
    - Attach a document as a file attachment by using the Insert menu.
    - Insert a signature into a message.
    - Identify options available when sending messages.
    - Read a message in the Preview pane and in its own window.
    - Reply to a message by using the Reply and Reply to All buttons.
    - Forward a message to a new recipient by using the Forward button.
    - Print a message by using the File menu.

    Course Access
