    Unit 3: Integrating and Customizing Outlook 2002 2 - 3 hours

    - Add and delete buttons from a toolbar.
    - Customize an Outlook 2002 menu.
    - Add a shortcut to the Outlook bar.
    - Send contact information in a message.
    - Identify features of Outlook Today.
    - Create an Outlook item from an existing item by using the AutoCreate feature.
    - Customize the Outlook Today view.

    Course Access

    Each student has access to the course for a period of 6 months from the day of enrollment in the course.
